Background: Since late 2019, the development of severe acute respiratory distress syndrome (SARS) occurred, which began as a small cluster cases in Wuhan, China and subsequently spread across globe shape global pandemic. Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) initiates an immune response over-activity leading to release pro-inflammatory cytokines, particularly interleukin-6 (IL-6), leads overt thyroid dysfunction by disruption transport proteins. Level triiodothyronin (T3) is inversely proportional IL-6 with modest decrease stimulating hormone (TSH) thyrotropin (T4). Fatigue usually expressed lack one or more habits routines, exercise. It also frequently associated depression. might be indication various underlying illnesses that necessitate medical attention. COVID-19-related disorders could biochemically manifest thyrotoxicosis, hypothyroidism, well non-thyroidal illness syndrome. Post-COVID fatigue has become alarming complication remains undiagnosed causing at later stage. There are very limited knowledge regarding altered function patients who have recovered from COVID-19. Aims this study were know about derangement hormones.
 Methods: This cross-sectional was conducted Department Biochemistry Molecular Biology, BSMMU, Dhaka July, 2020 June, 2021. A total 100 post-COVID (age 18 – 70 years) enrolled for study. Among them, 50 treated home hospital. For study, serum TSH FT4 measured automated analyser. The data frequency percentage, mean normally distributed data. p value d”0.05 considered statistically significant.
 Results: hospital 1.59, 2.96 mIU/L 9.27, 17.28 pmol/L respectively. significant difference level (p < 0.0001) between post COVID-19 fatigue.
 Conclusion: Home higher than patients.
